Anna Nikova M.Ost Osteoath
Anna was highly regarded by her peers due to her thirst for knowledge and aspiration for progression within the osteopathic field. Her belief is that everyone should be able to enjoy the beauty of life, thus she likes to focus on and develop the health each individual carries.
She believes in a dynamic and integrative approach to health, and therefore her treatment plans are based not just on the condition that you present with, but also your emotional and psychosocial well-being. Anna’s belief in movement, harmony and well-being arise from her joy of outdoor activities such as climbing, canoeing and biking and also yoga and meditation.
She enjoys treating all age groups, from new-borns to the elderly, as well as pre and post-natal women, sports injury and rehabilitation, and both office and manual based workers.
