Ruth Bennett

Ruth Bennett is a Chartered Physiotherapist having gained a BSc (Hons) at Plymouth University in 2013. Ruth is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. She has recently trained in Western Acupuncture and is currently training in and teaching Pilates.

Ruth is currently working in private clinics including Estuary Clinic, Topsham, Exeter and a private clinic in Cornwall.

She specialises in musculoskeletal conditions which include back and neck pain, joint pain, muscle pain, sports injuries and rehabilitation to name a few.

Ruth also enjoys teaching successful classes at both clinics including Pilates, Aqua Therapy, Baby Massage, a Movement & Posture course and a Back Care Course, to all of which she applies her physiotherapy knowledge to provide safe and effective exercises and advice.

Ruth has added Western Acupuncture to her toolbox which she is finding very effective in treating pain conditions. She has also attended post-graduate training in sports massage and tendinopathy.

Ruth has a Diploma in Body Massage which she believes has improved her hands-on skills. She is also trained in Baby Massage Instruction and teaches a 6-week course at Estuary Clinic.

Ruth has a friendly and caring personality and she is dedicated to building strong professional and therapeutic relationships with her patients.
